“I bought 3 matching padlocks with the same keys. They wouldn’t fit through the hole so I rang Nothing but Padlocks and ordered bigger ones and sent the others back. I had to pay again for the bigger ones and they came the next day. A couple of days later I got a refund for the first 3. Excellent customer service!”

As you needed them fairly quickly it was easier for you to place a fresh order and we could simply refund the first order once you returned it to us. “Dear Sirs, I asked for suites keys and they were but I meant suited keys that I have had historically in the past! All my historical padlocks I have purchased from yourselves could be opened with 1 key”

Thank you for your feedback. We are able to match previous key codes of that same type and size of padlock. We keep a record of previous key codes supplied and I can see over the years you have added to your high security set of padlocks on a number of occasions. The weatherproof padlocks you recently purchased cannot be accessed with the same key system. Although we were able to match the padlocks across your latest order, we were not able to match them to your high security padlocks. I apologise if this was what you intended. If you need to make any amendments then please contact me and we can discuss this further.
