“Ordered two matching padlocks in 2016, recently one failed so looking for a replacement. Excellent response from lady in sales, very knowledgable and helpful, sadly not something you expect these day's. Replacement arrived the following day as promised. 10/10”

“Superb service. As a fishing club with 236 members, 8 boats and 4 buildings: with no security other than padlocks, it is essential that the locks are reliable and secure. We took their advice on which locks to buy (not the most expensive). These have served us very well and their life has been extended, by cleaning the locks using the technique recommended by Miranda. We have bought additional keyed alike locks, with no fuss at all. I have no hesitation in recommending Nothing But Padlocks. Roger Hughes, Secretary, Caurnie Angling Club.”

Thank you very much for your brilliant comments. As you found, buying good quality padlocks does not always mean breaking the budget, which is a good thing when you need multiple padlocks. It was a pleasure to go through some padlock TLC tips to keep them working at their best. It is nice to know the fishing club is nice and secure.

“Feels nice and solid and the combination is easy to reset but secure. I imagine the hasp and staple I've installed would give out before the lock does.”

“I bought a 65mm combination padlock for the main gate. It is a far superior build than ones we had bought before from another supplier, which seemed to break every month. Only one small niggle I have. It could be easy to change the combination as the default number is 00000. Possibly give this a random number so the buyer is the only person to be able to change the combination.”

Thank you for your review. To give you peace of mind the default number of 00000 is only applicable when you first get the padlock. Once you have set your own code then only those who have access to the code are able to change it. It cannot simply be put back to the default number to then change the code. I hope this helps and enjoy using your combination padlock.

“Great product knowledge and advice. We are a fishjing club changing our lock system which meant we needed locks that worked were in severe weather but were being used by all ages and abilities. No quibble with a replacement when one of the locks went wrong. Very quick delivery whenever spares are needed .”
