Hi Natalie, Really sorry to hear that you've been unhappy with delivery times and also our customer service response times. Royal Mail are particularly swamped at the moment as they've seen a huge uplift in mail volumes since stricter lockdown restrictions have been put in place. As such, we're seeing some parcels arrive on time and others take a bit longer. Regarding our customer service response times... we strive to respond to all emails and calls/voicemails within 24hrs. You emailed at 2pm on Cyber Monday which is the busiest online shopping day of the year, so naturally we'll have a bit larger of a backlog of emails. I cleared the email backlog myself, and responded to you at around 2am, so within 12 hours of your initial query. This review was left 5hrs after you emailed us, which I feel is a little too quick to presume you're not getting a response. I fully appreciate the frustration when it comes to parcels not arriving exactly when you'd hope they would, but rest assured it will arrive, and hopefully will have by the the time you read this response.
