Hi Samantha, I'm really sorry that we didnt get this perfect for you first time. The colour should be perfect and the crest should be fully visible. It sounds like there has been a print error that wasnt picked up by our checks pre packaging. Really sorry about this. I can offer you either a free replacement or a full refund.
