“I ordered a case for my Dad for Xmas and unfortunately was sent the wrong case. It was my fault as I hadn’t realised the model had different types. Getting in contact with Mark was easy and he was extremely helpful with sorting the order. I would happily shop with Nostalgia Cases in future without a second thought.”

“I have given you a 5* out of courtesy. Ordered on the 26th of November and I am still waiting on December 4th. You have been a bit premature to ask for this. I can do another at a later date if you want.b Quality company with quality goods. Good delivery and well pleased. Would use again.”

Hi Neal, I'm very sorry to hear that your order hasnt arrived. Our Royal Mail tracking shows that the order was delivered on the 26th of November. I'll send you an email with more details. “Very good communication and excellent product. One improvement I would suggest though is the packaging for shipment. There is not a lot of it and the case could be at risk of damage. Luckily mine arrived with no issue but I could definitely see how easily it could be for it to be damaged in transit.”
