Hi Stewart, Sorry to hear that your case hasnt come out perfect. It sounds as though there was a printing error if your case does not have the detail as shown on our site. I'll get a replacement case made and sent out to you, let me know when it arrives if its as you would have expected. Sorry we didnt get this right first time, our quality checks should have picked up a printing error prior to dispatch. Thanks, Mark

“There was an excellent choice of phone cases available including the slightly less well known one that I wanted. Ordering was straightforward, I was kept informed by email of the progress of my order and given that they are printed to order I was very happy with the short time it took to be delivered. The product was exactly as shown on the website and I'm very happy with the service I've received from Nostalgia Cases.”
