Hi Cole, As clearly stated on our site, our products are made to order. This means it takes 4 working days for us to manufacture, quality check, pack and ship our orders. This was explained to you shortly after your order was placed, and you were offered a full refund and to cancel your order when you complained about the speed of delivery. It transpired that your case was actually a freebie for winning a competition, hence you not taking the offer of a refund. The only way to get cases out quicker is to have them produced in bulk. This would mean we would have to stock a drastically smaller range of designs and also a much smaller range of models. Thanks, Mark

“Fantastic service, I requested a complicated and niche design that the put together brilliantly and in a short time. Extremely happy with the case and it has had its first accidental drop test on to a tiled floor which it passed with flying colours. I’ve honestly not been paid for this and will be coming back for another 90s goalkeeper shirt design in the future!”
