Hi Christine, Due to the time of year, we do see that Royal Mail sometimes (albeit extremely rarely) deliver parcels a day or two late. We dont have any control over the delivery once we've passed the order to Royal Mail. If for any reason the parcel is lost in transit, we're more than happy to issue a free replacement. As you've let me know via email since leaving this review, you did not include your house number on the delivery address, hence the delay in arrival. Once the item is returned to us, we will redispatch. Thanks, Mark
