Hi Tia, I am so sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. Unfortunately we've seen issues across the board with all deliveries to Ireland. We sent out a lot of orders before the cutoff date imposed for pre-Christmas delivery and only a small percentage of them have arrived in time. I can completely understand your frustration at the late delivery. As we've seen so many parcels delayed, I am not concerned about the parcel being lost in transit. I expect it will arrive this week.
