“Briiliant service and a big thank you to Mark. I ordered a phone case for my hubbies phone and ordered the wrong one and got in touch with Nostagia to say could they change it and straight after sending the email, Mark sent me an email back to say not to worry he would sort that straight away for me. A week later I ordered another one for my son who lives in Holland and also a cup and again I did it incorrect. I got in touch again through email and 2 mins after I emailed, I got an email reply from Mark again to say not to worry he has sorted it for me. I have never in all my time on ordering on line and I order a lot on line and do always get good service but not as good as you get from Mark at Nostalgia. So I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be ordering again and the case is good quality and good value for money. Mark I know I can only give 5 stars, but I think there should be one for excellent service. That's what it is... Excellent service. I am giving you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
