“Customer service is brilliant, but poor courier service they using for delivery, definantly need to change n use better service. Order was not delivered on time, no/very poor communication from courier company, fair play to Norton Barrie they followed it up with courier company. I would advise Norton Barrie not to use this delivery service.”

“The ordering process was good however the zipper on the bag is no longer working. The teeth are not lining up. Poor quality and disappointed that it barely lasted 2 months. I will be looking for remedy or getting a way to have it repaired or replaced. Janet Hoffman 714 955-3257”

“Never used of heard of the company before so was intially sceptical, but got two items for very decent prices in my size and arrived when they said. So no issues at all.”

“In the main good but disappointing when you have to pay postage for returns. With a brand like Norton Barrie you would expect a free returns label as you do with most other companies these days. Would put me off using Norton Barrie again”

“Clothes are great, prices excellent, difficult to shop on website for multiple items because the filters seem to keep resetting. Would have been 5 star otherwise and I would have bought more stuff!”
