“I received my shorts, the wrong item was sent. I spoke with Emily in Customer Services, she found the correct shorts. Hopefully they arrive before my holiday. Mistakes happen everywhere, it’s the recovery that is remembered - Emily 5 Stars”

“Standard service. Ordered a pair of jeans online. Received confirmation email and tracking info. Delivered within expected time frame with no damage. Product was exactly as pictured and described. Suggestions for improvement (but are not barriers for further patronage) 1. Mobil phone was unable to zoom in on the pictures of the items. Improve usability for mobile devices. 2. I had difficulty with determining sizing. (UK to US). More likely an issue on my end with not understanding how to appropriately convert. Used the sizing chart but still ordered 1 size too small.”

“Quick delivery but as a suggestion going forward, can you pack handbags in a box instead of just putting it inside the plastic bag? The other half signed for delivery from the courier and it’s pretty obvious by touch alone what she’s getting for her Christmas!”

“Really quick turnaround on delivery and returns. Items always very well packed. I would have given 5* if returns were free. On this occasion, I ordered 2 sizes of the same item. I kept one and returned the other. I only did it this way as it was during the sale and I could have missed the discount if I had to re-order. Maybe they could waive the fee if you didn't return the whole order.”
