Standard service. Ordered a pair of jeans online. Received confirmation email and tracking info. Delivered within expected time frame with no damage. Product was exactly as pictured and described. Suggestions for improvement (but are not barriers for further patronage) 1. Mobil phone was unable to zoom in on the pictures of the items. Improve usability for mobile devices. 2. I had difficulty with determining sizing. (UK to US). More likely an issue on my end with not understanding how to appropriately convert. Used the sizing chart but still ordered 1 size too small.
