“Extremely quick delivery and correct sizes etc. so all great on that front. Just a little bit of constructive feedback, both shirts smelled so strongly of aftershave when they arrived. I fully appreciate things may have been tried on etc and resold as with any shop, and you can't control what other buyers wear when trying on clothes, I think you may need to do a quick steam clean or something before sending back out. It's just a bit offputting, especially as these were intended as a gift! Otherwise all fine and good prices.”

“Can only fault on one thing, your choice of delivery-Royal Mail . As most of the population works 8-5 getting my Norton Barrie delivered is almost impossible as they need you to be in for a delivery. As I don’t live in a city centre it means a long trip to the post office to collect. Very frustrating.”

“Easy to order, used click and collect. The staff are lovely, happy to help, friendly and give an honest opinion. I did return an item and there were no issues or 20 questions! refund was back in my account with 5 mins. The lady who was working at the time was friendly, efficient and non-judgemental ( I was in my horse riding clothes!)”
