“Parcel arrived well packaged and extremely quickly . Unfortunately item was too small so I had to return . The return process was extremely easy and my refund was refunded very promptly . Will definitely use your service again . Thank you”

“I am waiting for Royal Mail to collect my parcel back. You are saying you are carefully checking items before you send them my leggins got the obious signs after someone who weare them . Leggins looks dirty .”

Please accept apology regarding your trousers, when you contacted our customer service team you only mentioned wanting to return and no mention of dirty trousers. We thoroughly check all our parcels and we are disappointed these have arrived to you not as expected, we sincerely apologise. We would have offered to resend out a new pair as a replacement. As stated, using our return service is only an option for our customers, you can also arrange the return yourself if you need a quicker collection/ refund/ replacement.
