Hi Jin, I am verry sorry the jacket has been received like this. I can assure you all our items are brand new and we are official stockists of all our brands that we stock. We do have a physical store in Wilmslow and a customer may have tried the jacket in store but regardless it shouldn't have smelt of aftershave. Regarding marks we check our all items personally before they leave but this is open to human error and if they don't see a mark before then we can only apologise for this. I believe you have spoken to a member of staff on Monday and they have organised a free return for you immediately with Royal Mail.
