“Very pleased with the fast service but disappointed that the shoes where all marked at the back I needed to wear them straight away so I couldn’t send them back just annoying as they are Boss expensive shoes”

Hi Mark, I'm sorry to hear that the shoes had marks on them. We would have offered to exchange the shoes for a new pair if we would have known about this however I understand that you needed to wear the shoes straight away. There must have been a fault from BOSS with this pair of shoes. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Kind regards Emma

“This is the first time I have used the site. I was very impressed with how super friendly it was to use. The delivery was slightly delayed but that was due the postal strike. I was also 100% impressed on how the item was so carefully wrapped and packed. FIVE STAR service I can not say the same for a similar item I purchased from a famous chain. It was a huge disappointment to see how shabbily this was packed & damaged.”

Hi Nicole, I'm very sorry for the delay in your delivery. Unfortunately due to the strikes with Royal Mail there have been a backlog of deliveries resulting in people not receiving their parcels. We are currently in the process of moving away from Royal Mail so hopefully in the future we shouldn't encounter these problems again. Hi Mohammed, I'm sorry that your package was damaged in transit. I can see from the images you have sent that the box and tissue paper were damaged however the item inside remained okay, we offered to send you a new box with tissue paper, or for you to return the item to us however due to the postal strikes you declined these offers as you wanted to keep the item for a gift so did not have enough time to return this. Offering you a new box and tissue paper, or offering you a return is the best solution we have for this matter, I'm very sorry you weren't satisfied with this. Kind regards Emma
