Hi Jin, I am verry sorry the jacket has been received like this. I can assure you all our items are brand new and we are official stockists of all our brands that we stock. We do have a physical store in Wilmslow and a customer may have tried the jacket in store but regardless it shouldn't have smelt of aftershave. Regarding marks we check our all items personally before they leave but this is open to human error and if they don't see a mark before then we can only apologise for this. I believe you have spoken to a member of staff on Monday and they have organised a free return for you immediately with Royal Mail. “Amazing service from Joe, literally above and beyond. My order was due to be shipped but we were going on a family holiday, he kindly pulled my order and shipped this next day on my return. I product I ordered was also out of stock so he emailed me to offer a replacement which I unfortunately missed but the refund was automatically applied and received very quickly. Highly recommend NB for anyone looking to purchase, not to mention the great prices!”

“The best menswear shop in Cheshire. I love the variety of brands, and often at a good price. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and make sure you get the product you want. Shipping was also super fast, unfortunately I had to return my item and it was processed so quickly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Matt S”
