“i ordered trainers off the internet, the courier said they had been delivered, i phoned the shop as the courier they used can only be contacted by email, i recieved an email to say they were in touch with the courier on the 20/12/2022 and as of yet ive heard nothing back!”

Hi Nicola, Unfortunately as your item showed as successfully delivered and signed for, we had to wait for FDL to properly investigate this and get back to us before we could take any further action, as from our end we had no confirmation that this was definitley lost. “In today's manic automated world how nice it is to be able to just buy what you want without any fuss. At Norton Barrie it's exactly that.
