“You charge me 75$ add when you delivery my shows for customs duties and tax but you never advise me before my purchase”

Hi Luc, It states on our website under the international delivery section 'It is important to note that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Norton Barrie invoice.' Unfortunately we can't control these charges and this money does not go to us. I'm very sorry you had to pay these. Kind regards Emma
