Ninja Air Fryer is a first class product, however customer service was not 100%.
On the company’s web site, ‘live chat’ was ‘dead’, as no reply to my guarantee query was forthcoming.
I then emailed support@northxsouth.ie on Wed 6th July with the same query, and today Monday 11th July, I have had no reply.
The query relates to trying to register the product in Ireland, as the product registration only relates to addresses in UK.
