“Delivery: prompt BUT parcel left inside our gate in the rain NOT dropped to door! AND we were not notified that delivery was made! Product good!”

“Prompt delivery however some of the order was missing but after a quick email and apology remainder of order was shipped next day, would order from company again”

“Hi I ordered a Krups Coffee Grinder on the 8th of May...it's the 14th now and I still haven't received it!! The delay is with DPD but that in itself is disappointing. They collected it from you on the 11th and I still didn't get delivery! Perhaps you could take it up with them? Had I known there would be such a delay, I'd have purchased elsewhere. Thank you”

Hi Anese, Our apologies for the delay. I can confirm the parcel was dispatched on schedule however DPD Ireland are experiencing delays across the country. “what we ordered was not delivered to correct address we still have not got it yet coming up as delivered on tracking number rang dpd driver he send it to wrong address can we please get a new delivery asap as this was a birthday present some joke by delivery company”

“Fast turnaround in purchase and delivery good value for product Need to package more carefully for delivery as box was damaged - was a gift so annoying that box was damaged ....!”
