“Slight delay with delivery but as soon as I contacted the company it was sorted out straight away.So would have no issue in making more purchases from them. Pizza oven is fantastic, well worth the investment .”

“Both Clarence and Andy very helpful and product delivered within set timescales. I purchased same product just 17 months ago and the hard disk drive failed so coild not record which was main function for me. There was a 12 month only guarantee on product so was disappointed that i had little alternative other than to buy another sat recorder even though other functionalities worked fine. Clarence ecplained thst due to fine margins on the product no discount on my purchase could be given. Guess these things happen but hope not again so soon! Thankyou Clarence and Andy.”

“Item was very good value,and the cheapest price available. It was delivered within the 5 day delivery given. And when I made an inquiry it was answered promptly. Item is not installed as yet so can't comment on it. But good value and good service.”

“The Good.....Very nice colours and a good brightness 1080p and 4K very smooth The Bad...... I don't know what to say it's a week processor or Samsung didn't pay attention to that but if you play videos on 720p or 480p the image it's start to lag in special if is an intense action, well in the beginning maybe you don't pay attention but after a while it's very annoying to watch, the plastic of the Tv is made, looks and feels cheap Conclusion........If a have to buy another Tv I will put anther couple of hundreds and get an LG Tv, for me is no more Samsung”

“Ordered a large Sony TV with no problems. Was sent a message 2 days later saying item dispatched. Had no updates at all for 4 days and was unable to track the passage. Contacted Andy at customer service who contacted the carrier and was told delivery would be same day between 2-4pm. Carrier eventually arrived after 5pm. I know it’s not the retailers fault I had no information from the carrier about delivery but customer service was very good.”
