“I ordered breville coffee machine, unfortunately it was faulty machine. I contacted their customer support and it was a quick response. They swap it out for new one the next day!”

“Hi Your ordering/ delivery service was super. However, the oven came with an incorrect gas attachment device so this is an additional consideration that we didn’t know was needed . Maybe you could advise customers that they will need to purchase a different attachment in advance. But your shop is great and there were no other issues so thank you!”

“Hi, service and delivery were great. Slight problem as one of the speakers didn’t have a tightening fixture when it can out if the wrapping. Strange but definitely not there. See photo. I have sent on an email to Northxsouth already.”

“Excellent communication with me in regards to my order. wonderful delivery speed and very helpful fellow brought the barbecue around the back of the house and removed the pallet. My only suggestion is to state clearly somewhere on your website that 'significant assembly required'. had not expected as much of that. really like the barbecue.”

“Very happy with the quality of the product, however, when doing a checkout, was told it would take 3 - 5 working days, and after 2 weeks, I had to ring the shop to find out where it was. It was delayed due to supplier issues, but I was never informed. Luckily, the package arrived 2 days before his birthday.”
