“Item ordered was delivered quickly but no receipt was included and I had to contact northXsouth twice in order to get a copy of the receipt which I will need for guarantee purposes. Other than that, it was a straightforward and easy process to order the goods etc. A piece of the plastic from the corner of the Air Fryer was broken off when I unpacked it from its box when it was delivered to me, but I was able to glue it back in place.”

“I live outside Dublin and ordered a robot mower from northXsouth. During checkout the system indicated a 3-5 day delivery schedule. However, the package arrived next day. Great service. One star dropped due to a delay ordering the robot caused by a problem with the web site checkout facility.”

“All good, fast delivery. The provided tracking number was incorrect and I have not received any updates emails so I was not sure what's going on with delivery. Eventually I got it on the second day after ordering so everything was finished as it should.”
