“Excellent value and fast delivery”

“Having ordered a coffee machine at the lowest price on line my wife decided it wasn't the one she wanted. Unfortunately there was a problem obtaining a refund and I feared the worst. After contacting the managing director the problem was resolved within 24hrs restoring my faith in the company and customer service still existing in this day and age”

“Very good efficient service from northXsouth. Wish I could say the same for dpd. I waited all afternoon for dpd but they didn't call & at 6pm a neighbour found the parcel on the pier of her gate. It could have gone anywhere. The delivery companies put people off shopping on line.”

“All perfect except communication. I asked u via Facebook about filter which was shown inside the machine when advertised. Long time ago. Still no reply. I could not find where to email. Hard to connect with yourselves. No phone, no email clearly shown....”
