“Well! Wat can I say. My son liked these running shoes so I ordered them for him, He is a true size 11, shoes were delivered fairly quickly, unfortunately these size 11 were small for him so I sent them back the very next day requesting one size larger be sent or a full refund given. To my surprise I received an email 2 days later that I have been refunded. All prompt. Would definitely buy from northern runner again. Sad that I lose the postage money without have any shoes”

“Order received with thanks. Certainly plenty of room in toebox with this shoe. Bought for hikes in USA, possibly jmt or pct. Uppers seem a tad flimsy for foot protection but the jury is still out! Roger.”

“I placed my first order with Northern Runner recently due to competitive pricing and availability of the running shoe I was searching for. I was a bit dubious about ordering over the Internet on this occasion. A problem occurred, which was sorted out very efficiently. A key bonus for me was being able to have an email conversation with ' an actual named person '!! It definitely made me think that I would order from Northern Runner again and wouldn't be worried about how to return a product, tracking my order or asking advice.”

“Service was fine. But product poor (Inov8 running vest). Fabric fine, but as a 'small' size it was far too big, and a very poor cut/fit. Hence the return.”

“I have had these trainers in the past and knew my size. I have not ordered from northern runner before but was very pleased at how quick the trainers came. Although packaging was a little broken but trainers were all ok.”
