We were fortunate in being able to place an order during the period when the Handicare 1100 was on offer. Installation was carried out on the agreed date and took about 4 hours to complete and no difficulties were experienced. From initial contact with Norfolk Stairlifts we were very pleased with the help we received from the staff and technicians and it was refreshing in its absence of hard sell techniques. It was also helpful not to have to pay a deposit with the order. It is early days but so far we are impressed with the lift particularly with the powered seat and footplate.
