It was all left to my wife to deal with as I was in hospital, and Barry who came to install the lift was very pleasant and helpful on the instructions and demonstration to how to work the stair lift. I am satisfied to his workmanship and how neat he was with hiding the cables. First class job thank you, and highly recommend your company as to no high pressure sales at anytime.
