The first machine that was delivered had a fault with the seat post in that it got jammed. The machine was replaced and the replacement was fine. The first machine was only delivered to the door and I had to drag the box and it's contents up a flight of stairs to the bedroom. When I was advised that the machine was being replaced I was told that collection of the original machine would only be from the hall way and therefore it had to be dragged back down stairs. This is very poor customer service and given the circumstances as a gesture of goodwill I would have expected collection from the place of assembly. The delivery of the second machine was as expected, the delivery men took the machine up stairs and were very happy to do so. Given the cost of the machine this level of service should be the norm.

Treadmill has a lot of features and programmes on it which include an incline function. Not quite as straight forward to assemble as I was led to believe

Well engineered, very good build quality and feels very robust. I've only had the bike for a few days, but so far it does everything I have asked of it.

Delivery was arranged well, they phoned an hour before arriving which was nice considering the huge window they gave me the day before. Assemble was simple. It said it needed two people but I'm sure this is an insurance against people with less ability than others. The plastic around the console is slightly cheap looking, I would have hoped for a better production value there but the rest of the bike is very sleek and pleasing to the eye. Performance wise it pedals smoothly, with very little noise at all. I am having fun with the ifit integration which was slightly fiddly to set up but nothing anyone who knows how to drive the internet will struggle with.

The instructions for assembly were clear, and although it mentioned it needed two people, I managed it on my own (and I am not very handy with tools!). The item itself has the ability to do much more than I would ever ask of it, but it seems robust and comfortable to use, and looks as if it will cope well with the regular use (4-6 times a week) I intend to use it for.

Purchased an exercise bike using 0% facility, but due to an error on the finance house computer system could not complete the documents online and when questioned agreed to post them out to me. These documents never arrived and two weeks later Nordic Track sales team have never followed me up to question why I never completed the sales agreement. Shame as I would still like to purchase the bike to go with the other Nordictrack equipment I have in my gym? Their loss I guess, but then they may already have enough customers?

We do receive a lot of finance orders which we do pick up on and contact customers to see how they got on with their finance order. There is no excuse however as to why you were never contacted but as per their system they were awaiting the customer to contact them in relation to the documents so that is perhaps why you were not contacted as we thought Barclays was helping you through this. If you require any assistance in relation to your order or the finance agreement please feel free to contact our sales department.

Great machine but the first one did not work. You need patience to put together and two people. Remember the machine will not work with out the safety cord in place. Easy to adjust.

Web-site was excellent for comparison of products and description. Ordering was easy. Delivering arrangement was very quick (next day I got a call). Got a text about the 4 hour delivery window on the morning, however the delivery arrived 2 hours before that window. Fortunately I was in and an earlier delivery was great...however, if I had popped out expecting it to arrive later I would have missed the delivery! If a time window is given then it is probably best to stick with it? Delivery guys were good.

So far so good. I think it is best to take the factory installation option. Generally it has been great and I have no complaints as it does exactly what it should be doing...:)

Fabulous piece of machinery!! Due to the impressive horse power motor the speed of the treadmill is accurate and constant. The Ifit enabled screen is great for changing your workouts and cooling fans a blessing. Overall a very sturdy commercial grade running machine. Highly recommended.

My experience with NordicTrack. I will not be using your services again, my order was delivered. Once we opened the box no parts were available to put the bike together. After a number of calls to your offices nothing has been resolved. 10 days after delivery and no feedback even though I have been chasing over the phone and via email. The email below is the last response I have been provided, I am now out of pocket (£50.00) as I paid a handyman to come and fix the bike which can’t be done as I don’t have any hardware kit that should have been provided in the box. Called today and was told that I would hear back. Very poor services as I have paid for the item and am still waiting. Maybe whoever reads this email at NordicTrack will have some compassion and customer services skills and contact me. Ms S Grewal Good afternoon, I asked our Spare Parts Manager to check for the availability for the hardware kit and our superiors to look into this and check if we can take that package from a prime unit. During tomorrow I should get a reply on this matter as my superior was not in tomorrow. Thank you! Hello Sharon, its Josh from Icon Health and Fitness. Thank you for your review. I do understand your disappointment at receiving a machine without the neccesary parts within the box. There is no excuses but sadly on rare occurences this has happened. I believe the delay was caused by our customer services following the steps to rectify this by checking parts and checking with our suppliers on these parts. I believe this was resolved with your old product being replaced with a new machine.

Very unhappy. Currently contacting Nordictrack. After recently assembling our product and trying to use it there is a loud creaking noise almost like plactic moving. Really want this resolved.

Just started to use it and so far have been impressed by the equipment, as someone who has regularly used commercial equipment in a gym before. Was a bit daunted at the prospect of building it but actually the instructions are very clear and intuitive, so the whole process wasn't too painful!

The Nordic Track T15 arrived as expected. It was in a huge single box and we wanted it in an upstairs room so we paid the extra £29 for this but the guys struggled to get such a big and heavy box upstairs. But they eventually succeeded. I put the treadmill together that night and it took me 3 hours. The running part is one piece and heavy. All the other parts are for the uprights and control panel. The guidebook is simple and construction isn't difficult it just takes time to put all the screws and bolts in position. You have to be careful not to pinch the electric connector because a space for cables is not properly designed in. The pull through wires are good but there is a real chance of snagging wires. When constructed, the treadmill is big, robust and just what I wanted. The family has now run about 10 miles with no issues at all. I am over 110kg and it was fine. The only problem is that Nordic Track did not include a UK plug and connector. When I asked them for one I was directed to the webpage to register and make a comment about the deficiency. I have no idea why the lady couldn't action that simple request there and then. That was last week so I await the plug and lead. (I just happen to have a UK style lead which works but it is 10amp vs the 16 amp lead). Customers service and quality control aside, I am very happy with the treadmill it does everything that the video says it will do.
