Hello Simon, Thank you for your honest and positive review! I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your machine. Our machines can be done using 1 person assembly however for a quicker approach a second pair of hands may be best.

“The software on ifit is so poor it is almost unusable. It took many attempts to log it onto our wifi, (when everything else seems to be plug and play) and when we did so it did not communicate with the website correctly. It did not give us a choice of routes on the console from our scheduled routes there was only ever one available, it did not always pick up when a route started, often the website showed a different route to the one on our console. To have any chance of this working I had to start the console fresh, have one only route on the website and hope it did not crash mid ride! Overall I'm very disappointed as the idea is excellent, it's such a shame that in practice it just doesn't deliver.”

“Just bought a C990 treadmill, and very happy so far. Relatively easy to assemble from straight forward instructions. I'd recommend the product to others as solid and looks like it'll last a while in our home. My only gripe is the built-in heart rate monitor isn't that accurate / reliable, so I'm buying a heart rate strap instead now.”

“Let's start with delivery team, they were totally inexperienced in manual handling large equipment and dropped it out the van! They then kept turning it over on its sides trying to gain some balance . If this wasn't enough they removed all packaging outside by the road after deciding it really would not squeeze past my car despite my offer to move it ... then realising they couldn't lift it enlisted the help of the plasterer working on my house to aid them with carrying in. Some of the treadmill parts were broken, others covered in cosmetic scratches , chips and marks. However mechanically it appeared a very sound, solid machine. Great size running deck, does seem daft to have buttons for TVs on console though when I haven't been able to find Nordic tracks TV under their accessories to purchase. I maybe wrong but I can't work that out myself! IFIT is a fab tool and makes it all more interesting when doing a workout . Seems cheap plastic for a pricey treadmill and service could be a lot better .”
