Brilliant bit of kit all turned up on time! Please make sure the fitters are familiar with the assembly of the machine as they done well only had to make a few adjustments ie tightening things up but generally pleased

With the delivery teams, they are trained with a variety of our products however there are times with our newer products they are quite unfamilliar with but I'm glad the installation was successful. Hi I have a T23.0 Very happy with the product and performance/ look etc. But the noise from treadmill bounce is excessive for a £1,500 treadmill There's nothing in the manual - how can I cure this?

The treadmill broke and the speed and after sales was extremely poor. Fixed now (replaced) but I'm worried if anything goes wrong I would have to endure the same again! Very disappointed.

Bought a NordicTrack treadmill with iFit capability. Treadmill motor blew up on first session, but was repaired in 2 weeks. Putting that aside as bad luck I stradtes to use the treadmill and have done so regularly. However, user problems with the iFit capability have not been resolved through iFit customer service - which is total and utter garbage . Even on the official forum, the service is openly mocked by members given that nobody ever seems to have had a satisfactory response to a query. So in effect, the iFit functionality is a fancy, but ultimately useless add on. I have a treadmill that I use regularly - but it could be any brand - certainly don't have the features I was sold in the brochure. A little bit sad really because it could be so much better.....

I also have a fitbit and i thinkbthe app on the fitbit is much better ifit has more us based food producted for counting calories. Which not so good for uk products also there is not barcode reader Needs to be more like the fitbit app interface

Hello Mr Villiers, its Josh from Nordictrack. Thank you for your honest review. I have taken account of your feedback and I understand what you mean. As the iFit was recently launched when this review was taken there were still updates needed to made to the iFit wearables app which includes foods. I cannot comment on any of the fitbits interface.
