“Saw Tony at NMJ Motorhouse- great service, no pressure, answered all our questions. Vehicle was was prepared to a high standard. Had seen 6 other vehicles at other dealers and this was by far the best I had seen. Would definitely recommend and would certainly purchase another vehicle from NMJ again. Thanks Tony!”

“I was recommended to this car dealership by a family member and I was certainly not disappointed by the service that I received. From when I walked into the building to going for a test drive and finally to the point of purchasing the vehicle the gentleman (Tony) was first class. A fantastic experience from start to finish. “Disgusting after sales. They say they pride themselves in professionalism, but we experienced their senior sales director, Nick, have a showdown with us, in their forecourt, when he said ‘I don’t care if you don’t accept it’ - In relation to my objecting to the shoddy job they carried out on our car. Only after asking him to repeat what he said on record, did he realise how obnoxious that was, and agreed with me it fell below standard. This is the after sales service we got from NMJ after spending £20k with them. My wife left in tears, and in spite of an email to him, and the only other registered sales director, Alan, have not had a single courtesy call apologising for his antagonistic behaviour.”

Dear Antonio, Having read your review I would like to take this opportunity to publicly apologise for how you and your wife feel you have been treated by us. Without going into the issues with the car, which I now believe to be fully rectified please accept my apologies on behalf of all of us at NMJ Motorhouse Ltd. If you look at all our reviews they are all 5* Star and therefore the way your were treated is completely out of keeping with our Company ethics. - Again - we are very sorry.

“Dealt with Michael to buy a BMW 2 series convertible. Very efficient service and pleasant experience. Car was presented perfectly and minor defects were rectified promptly before sale. very profession and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Faultless service from first contact to handover of the car I had bought sight unseen. Was patient while I sold my vehicle and eventually took it as a trade in to make the deal happen. The car I bought was accurately advertised and flawless upon collection. Handover was quick and efficient but all my questions were answered. What can’t all dealers operate like these guys? Fair and honest. Thanks Nick and Michael……”

“Absolutely excellent service. I cannot fault any of the staff while I purchased my Mini recently. Going from an older car to this meant I had a lot of questions and requests for general information. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff :) I also arranged delivery and the driver was also very helpful too. Very happy customer and I absolutely love my new car :) Thank you!”
