“I highly recommend NMJ Motorhouse. I genuinely cannot fault the service and in particular Robert who dealt with the part-exchange of my vehicle and purchase of my new car. The car I have bought is immaculate and it is clear that NMJ take pride in the cars they sell. The sale was seamless and did not take long unlike previous experiences elsewhere and Robert kept me updated on the preparations involved in the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend NMJ Motorhouse and will definitely look to return in future when looking to purchase my next car. I rarely leave reviews for purchases (big or small) but in this case had to make an exception.”

“Really impressed with the service from Alan and Robert, the best bit about it was that unlike other salesmen, they just let us look around the car for as long as we wanted without hassling us. Would definitely recommend buying a car from them. 5 stars from us :-)”

“We've driven past NMJ a hundred times, noticed they always had nice cars on the forecourt and wondered if we'd ever buy from there. Well after hearing good reports, and finding a couple of cars on our hit list at NMJ, we didn't hesitate to come and look. Michael has been a real help to us, and we've enjoyed the experience of buying our second family car. Huge thanks to Michael and NMJ for making the process easy and enjoyable.”

“This rare low mileage Jeep Renegade car, 4 1/4 years old but only 6519 miles, has lived up to its reputation among motor journalists. But I bought it with my eyes open. In urban driving the 9 speed (!) automatic gearbox has continuous difficulty deciding which gear to be in. At traffic lights and roundabouts, at a halt for a few seconds, a bizarre growl emits from the floor when the gearbox remains engaged (stop start turned off as I prefer). And scary delay when, say wanting to enter a roundabout just in good time not to break the 'give way to the right' highway code, putting my foot down hard on the accelerator, nothing happened for two to three seconds by which time 'give priority to the right' has arrived big time. A friend in the know says it is the Turbo taking time to react. All that said I have just returned from a 1000 mile round trip to Northumberland. Out on the open road, the car went like a dream, full of pep and great cruising character on motorways. An ok replacement (by FIAT) for my much enjoyed Jeep Patriot (probably really a Mitsubishi, when both controlled by Mercedes) but both cars designed at Jeep headquarters in Toledo, Ohio, factory.”
