“I’ve always found the process of changing my car rather challenging and something I’ve never looked forward to, the pressure of the sales person together with downplaying my part exchange even though I look after my cars and I’m simply wanting to update. I have to say my experience with NMJ Motorhouse this week was totally different. As I was a couple of hours travel away I got them to give me a rough idea of the value of my current car with the result of a fair price. There was no high pressure sales from either Nick, one of the Directors or Joe the senior Sales Executive and the whole process was completed at a leisurely pace over coffee having plenty of time I would definitely recommend this company particularly with their different approach to selling cars.”

“I had seen a vehicle on Autotrader which was at this site. On arrival I received a nice welcome and was offered the keys to look straight away. I then took a test drive with Tony, who was relaxed and made me feel at ease. The whole process of buying the car has been very easy and relaxed, no pressure which is one of the main reasons I brought this car, highly recommend.”

“I had a very good experience with NMJ Motorhouse. I met with one of the sales team, Tony Pollard initially and I was very impressed with his knowledge and his overall demeanour - he put me at ease immediately and it was a pleasure to do business with him, as well as the back room team who coordinated my pick up and documentation. NMJ Motorhouse is in my opinion a refreshing change from the high pressure sales orientated car retailers.. Everything from first contact to picking up the car, everything went very smoothly. I hope that NMJ Motorhouse will continue to strive.. based on my experience it should do very well indeed. Thanks guys.”

“Had a really good time with nmj motors, i was greeted by Joe who was great, customer service was exceptional, very friendly and welcoming.. everything was smooth sails from there. I instantly knew which car i wanted and everything was handled so well by Joe. He made the whole experience very easy. Only have great things to say about nmj motors and would highly recommend asking for joe if you do ever come and shop with them!”
