“I bought a 3 series touring from NMJ. I enquired on a Monday and collected it on a Thursday. Both Joe and Alan were fantastic. Alan contacted me initially and was pleasant and helpful and sorted out the deal. Joe then came in to assist and greeted me on collection day. Both are a credit to the company. Thank you very much for your help and amazing service. Keep it up.”

“This was our first time buying a car from this NMJ, but it won’t be our last. All staff was incredibly helpful and approachable. We really felt we’re in right hands. From the viewing to the finalising of the sale we were very well looked after. Especially we’d like to thank to Joe for every bit of help he provided for us. “This is a quality company. Every contact received with a friendly and positive attitude. We were received by Tony to look at the vehicle. He was friendly, well informed, a pleasure to deal with. There was a problem with potential delivery of the vehicle and Tony immediately went the extra mile and offered to deliver it himself! We bought the Jaguar. “Tony and the team were fantastic and very accommodating throughout the purchase process, communication was prompt and clear, there was no sales pressure at any point. “If looking for a quality used car, then NMJ is definitely worth a visit! I called up a few days beforehand to make an appointment as we were travelling around an hour and a half to get to the showroom. The staff were friendly and informative and assured me as long as the car wasn't sold in the meantime, that it would be ready to drive away should we decide to buy it. On arrival, we were greeted by welcoming staff and a lovely showroom. We were handed the keys to help ourselves and have a look inside the car and it was immaculate. We then test drove the car and that sealed the deal. The purchase process was quick and easy. We dealt primarily with Tony and he was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. We also spoke with a couple of other staff members and they were also really friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider the drive to NMJ again if we purchase another car!”

“Absolutely fantastic service - spotted a car I liked late on Wednesday night, received a couple of very polite, friendly phone calls on the Thursday, and a new motor arrived at my house first thing Friday morning.
