“You had the part in stock and delivered it within a week, I was let down by others who promised next-day delivery! After 6 weeks and no indication of a delivery date. canceled the order and reordered with NI SPARES You have saved Christmas. Cooker working Many Thanks”

Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes on Wednesday 30th November and Thursday 1st December delayed your order by a couple of days but I can see your order has been delivered today ( 7th December ) Come back to me if you have any further issues. “Ordered a new oven door seal that, according to their website, fitted my oven. However, when it arrived, it was the wrong size. Phoned up and Andrew, who I spoke to, was very helpful. He located the correct part and placed an order for me. Although the correct part was more expensive he didn't charge me the extra as the website had given me incorrect information. He also sent me a returns label so that I didn't have to pay the postage to return the wrong part. New part arrived today and fits perfectly which Andrew assured me it would. Excellent customer service so would definitely order from NI Spares again.”
