“Fantastic. Firstly before I ordered an elemenr for my Smeg cooker, I was able to use live chat. The customer services advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to take pictures inside my cooker and send them on live chat to help determine the correct part I needed. Part was delivered quickly and well packaged. Took me 20mins to fit. Cooker works great again. A fraction of the cost of getting a 'cooker repair guy'! Thank you NI spares. I will be back again if I need anything else.”

Hello Claire, I have tried to contact you but have had no response. You purchased the correct belt but it has to go around the belt tensioner, if this is not done the belt will seem too long. Regards, Andrew
