“Parts sent were spot on. Also purchased a fuse for same cooker. Wasn't too sure about which parts I required but a simple phone call put me right, staff couldn't be more helpful. Only dropped a star because I couldn't sort parts on Internet. One phone call and I was put right. Well recommended for service.”

“Looks more robust and was less expensive than the equivalent spare I repeatedly ordered from espares which repeatedly failed after 6-7 months. Time will tell but hopeful.”
