Dear Mr Turner, Thank you for your review. I am sorry your order took longer than usual to deliver. I have checked the tracking and it was delivered on the 5th working day. We do state standard delivery is within 3 - 5 working days on the order page although most are delivered within 3, unfortunately being the week before Christmas Royal Mail are exceptionally busy and this has held your order up by a couple of days. “Excellent. Andrew is a gentleman, rang promptly when we left a query regards fitting parts. I will be dealing with Andrew again and would highly recommend him as his attention to detail is second to none. Our customer satisfaction level is very high but as the highest overall Rating we can give is Very Good, we want to say our dealings with Andrew for us would be marked as exceptional, EXCELLENT is a word that would be more apt to use. Andrew rang me and took his time to tell me how to apply the necessary parts when I wasn't sure, he stayed on the phone until I was happy and all was sorted, it made everything so much less stressful although parts were easy to replace, wanted to do it correctly.
