“Not as expected didn’t last a day”

Hi Denise, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the paddle didn’t stay secure. These Samsung paddles require a very specific 'click' into the locking tabs and the screw to be refitted to ensure they don't shift during high-speed spins. If they aren't fully seated they can fail prematurely. We’d love to help you get the next one installed correctly—please reach out to us so we can provide a fitment guide.

“Despite listing saying filters were compatible with our cooker hood model, it was obvious as soon as we saw them that were not correct. We were given return number and a link to the correct product. However, it was going to cost a fortune as, having paid for original delivery, we will then have to pay the return postage and I assume will be charged delivery again for the replacement. We will return the wrong ones but doubtful we will reorder as, having followed their listing, we feel it was not our mistake.”

Hello Karen, I’m sorry to hear about the disappointment. I have checked this for you and the filters ordered are not suitable for your cooker hood model and serial number. The compatible model and serial number information is listed in the product description, which is why we provided a returns number and a link to the correct filters. I do understand your frustration. Once the original filters are returned to us, we will refund the order including the original delivery charge. This means that if you decide to place a new order for the correct filters, you will not end up paying postage twice. Kind regards, Simon

“The service was good and the delivery was quick but unfortunately the items I purchased were advertised as being compatible with my rangemaster cooker but they were definitely NOT compatible. Same size but there was no locating tabs in order for a correct fit and prevent the filters falling out . Fortunately my husband was able to make a something to fit onto the cooker hood on order that the filters did not fall out!”

“Very unhappy that Isle of Man address not accepted for delivery despite carried by Royal Mail which includes IOM at UK standard rates. Had to have it delivered to relative in Scotland. Ridiculous. However 2 stars for stocking the item I want and delivering it promptly.”

“The website identifies an incorrect belt for a Tricity Bendix TM550 tumble dryer which resulted in me ordering the wrong belt. I have returned the 1975H7 belt along with the original broken belt. I am awaiting delivery of the correct new belt.”

“Part was exactly what I wanted and needed. Shame that the delivery is misleading. It does not matter how much delivery costs you pay your item will still arrive via Royal Mail. So do not pay extra delivery costs expecting it to come with DPD!”

Hello Kerry, I'm not sure what was misleading about the delivery. The delivery option you selected was - Express Delivery ( by Tuesday, Dec. 20 ). I can see from the tracking that your order was delivered and signed for on Tuesday 20th December at 11:53am We have never offered a DPD shipping option to your location. Regards, Elaine

“Unfortunately we have still not received the part so cannot review it. We paid 5.99 for express delivery but problems with Royal Mail mean we still don't have it. Our washing machine has now been fixed so we will most likely be returning the part. I think you should contact Royal Mail about the service they provide”
