“Refreshing! NI Spares were very, very good. The person on the phone was helpful, polite, knowledgable and also seemed to be able to make decisions and come to helpful conclusions without putting me on hold. Excellent. I would highly recommend them as an online shop which goes the extra mile. No hard sell, just decent and helpful. The items I ordered were with me with in 48hours and fitted my washing machine. Great! I hope you find the same thing. We are all human, and we all have bad days, but I’m hopeful that your experience might be as good as mine was.”
