Hello Hazel, Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 6th and 7th of March but there was no answer, it's currently being held in North Tyneside CSP You can rearrange delivery from the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email. Regards, Andrew
Quite poor not very clear on the site about the filters or in this case filer bought it was one and I was under the impression it would be 2 when they should come as a pair.

Hello Adam, The main distributor supplies the filter you purchased in a pack of 1 so we list it in the same way. You may have missed it, but we state in the first line of the specifications that it is a pack of 1, we also show one filter in the product photo. I received a belt for motor of tumble dryer instead of belt for drum of tumble dryer so I cannot give a fair comment as I cannot fix tumble dryer

Hello Cathy, You didn't order the main drive belt, you ordered the motor pulley belt. Send through a returns request and we'll get you sorted with the belt you need. Regards, Simon

I placed an order but unfortunately needed to cancel. I ordered after 2pm cutoff, so I knew it hadn't been despatched. I tried calling before 9am to hear a message that the phones only opened at 10am. I called on the dot of 10am and the message said I was Number 2 in the queue.... I waited over 2 hours, having to break off and redial twice when I wondered if the queueing system was broken, each time rejoining at Number 2 in the queue.... when i started the call at 10am I had checked and my order had not been picked.... yet whilst waiting on the appaling phone system I then received a confirmation email that my order had just been picked and despatched and could no longer be changed. Hopeful that someone could actually still stop it leaving as it had only JUST been picked i stayed queueing to try and speak to someone, but after 2 hours of waiting for the phone call to even be put through to someone I gave up. How many people are manning the phones ? If I was only position Number 2 in the queue then why was myall not answered in over 2 hours. Very disappointed with this poor customer experience

waited in wednesday for 4 hours and didnt turn up royal mail said it would turn up at around 1 pm turned up on friday when i wasnt here so at there depo will require them to send it back and i get a refund rubbish service from royal mail

I bought the exact part that it said I needed, and it says it’s the same size as the belt I took off, but somehow is about 5cm too large

Absolutely shocking delivery, ordered 11 days ago and the item is still in NI, so much for 48 hours tracked delivery . Can't review the item as it's still not arrived
