Hello Panagiotis, Royal Mail attempted delivery the morning after we shipped your order but there was no answer. Your order was shipped on Monday 3rd March with Royal Mail attempting delivery on Tuesday 4th March at 10:55am and again on Wednesday 5th March at 11:06am. Regards, Simon

“Hi ya, they didn’t fit the rangemaster cooker hood… I disassembled them, emptied the old ones, cleaned them and the uses the carbo from NI spares replacement to fill the old ones, reassembled them and put them back on… so in short not a very good product”

“I don’t know but I never received my order when I checked it with post delivery they have delivered in wrong street I checked it it was Wright address it was wrongly delivered at wrong address I can’t be bothered trying to get it because my time is very important to chase for £13 it’s stupid when it has correct address and stupid person not doing their job Wright”

Hello Hazel, Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 6th and 7th of March but there was no answer, it's currently being held in North Tyneside CSP You can rearrange delivery from the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email. Regards, Andrew

Hello Adam, The main distributor supplies the filter you purchased in a pack of 1 so we list it in the same way. You may have missed it, but we state in the first line of the specifications that it is a pack of 1, we also show one filter in the product photo.
