“Correct equipment. Delivered quickly”

“I placed an order but unfortunately needed to cancel. I ordered after 2pm cutoff, so I knew it hadn't been despatched. I tried calling before 9am to hear a message that the phones only opened at 10am. I called on the dot of 10am and the message said I was Number 2 in the queue.... I waited over 2 hours, having to break off and redial twice when I wondered if the queueing system was broken, each time rejoining at Number 2 in the queue.... when i started the call at 10am I had checked and my order had not been picked.... yet whilst waiting on the appaling phone system I then received a confirmation email that my order had just been picked and despatched and could no longer be changed. Hopeful that someone could actually still stop it leaving as it had only JUST been picked i stayed queueing to try and speak to someone, but after 2 hours of waiting for the phone call to even be put through to someone I gave up. How many people are manning the phones ? If I was only position Number 2 in the queue then why was myall not answered in over 2 hours. Very disappointed with this poor customer experience”
