“This is supposed to be a genuine amica heating element all the serial numbers matched as soon as it was changed over by the electrician it kept tripping the circuit breaker on main board ,never had issue with cooker before . Made sure it was the right one on list provided by seller .maybe it was the cooker itself but I find it just odd that never had issue with cooker tripping circuit until this went in .got fed up and it would have cost more to have electrican come and test electricity ect so bought new cooker”

“Ordered on Friday dispatched by NI Spare’s on Monday but took Royal Mail 5 days to deliver. Tried to follow with track my parcel but from Wednesday no information. Not impressed with Royal Mail”

“Now on third element, new cooker element lasted 18 months, second one also only lasted 18 months which was supplied by Ni. Hope to have better luck with third one as all supplied are ment to be same as original , but as I stated that one only lasted 18 months. Come on manufacturers 18 months is not exceptable.”
