“hello , I wanted to use a favourit frame of mine , I have not worn glasses since I had lense replacement on both eyes 6 years ago. my eyesight is deteriorating and reading now is quite a chalenge . SO! . I got a test and sent you my frames to get "reading only lenses (new script also sent . it may be "my replacement lenses? are hard to script? , but , my new reading glasses make very little difference to my reading ability before, I am dissapointed , in spite of being a fair price , hardly any help with reading vision .”

“Really fabulous service. I had my Rayban sunglasses changed to varifocal lenses by them keeping exactly the same tint. Their communication was excellent, they were so helpful and speedy with answers to any questions I had. The whole process took less than 14 days. Also the price was much less than anyone on the High Street. Highly recommended”

“Brilliant service sent three pairs which are varifocals and a high prescription received them back in eight days and really pleased lenses perfect and my old glasses look like new they have cleaned them up. Very competitive prices compared to high street but in my experience a higher quality of lens . Excellent customer service”

“Absolutely superb, again . This is the 6th time I have had my new lenses put in my fave glasses. Getting my glasses reglazed works for me and this company do a brilliant job. Each time they have not let me down . I have a tricky prescription and I am very pleased with the service they provide.”

“Despite numerous previous successful orders, we are in the midst of a nightmare with New Lenses / I Wear Glasses. We posted our glasses on 29 June and they were signed for at New Lenses on 30 June. New Lenses have not acknowledged receipt of the glasses and our account shows that the glasses have not been received. The phone number for New Lenses is a call centre that is not on site, and all the callers can do is "take a few details and someone will call back". I have phoned five times this week and sent several emails including the tracking details, and no one has yet got back to me. There is no head office number, the directors of the company are listed at Companies House c/o an accountancy firm so they are uncontactable other than via the off site call centre.”
