Hi, thank you for your review and I'm very sorry to hear about the scratch - that is most unusual as we have very stringent quality checks before we send out the glasses. If you would like to contact us at support@newlenses.co.uk, we will be happy to replace the lens for you. Kind regards.

“Incredible customer service. I thought, 'What a fabulous way to get new lenses' and sent in my prescription but when returned I couldn't see out of the left lens. The company couldn't have been more helpful...far more so than the opticians who had made a typo on the prescription! Thank you new lenses for, well, my new lenses, your genuine concern, and the correction being free of charge.”
