“My initial order was for a reglaze, I subsequently ordered 2 more pairs of glasses. Adam in customer support was most helpful with all my requirements and I am delighted with the service I received. One observation is that the customer service phone number takes you to a call center which is clearly independent and initial requests for a call back were not responded to. However, emails were dealt with promptly and efficiently and therefore I have no complaints. All in all, an excellent company who will stand by their no-quibble guarantee (I can vouch for that!).”

“I was very sceptical at first, ordering glasses online I just thought the prices were to good to be true. I expected cheap tacky and the prescription not being right. How wrong was I. I am so happy with my purchase that I bought a second pair and will be buying another pair. My frames are quality not tat, the prescription was bob on. Delivery time is as they say had them in less than a week. Extremely happy customer. If your having any doubts don’t just do it you won’t be disappointed”

“I am surprisingly very happy with my new glasses. I have an alarming knack of losing glasses so to find glasses that I like that are a decent quality is fabulous. I’m straightforward, short sighted so my lenses are fabulous . I like the styles available, I’m a wayfarer girl and I can see through them at a very reasonable price. I have already recommended 3 friends which should say it all !”
