“THANKYOU most pleased with my new lenses, hadn't realised just how much my eyesight had deteriorated. An £80.00 saving from my local High Street won't mention the name but also a chemist . My sunglasses also need doing and will me happy to return to have them done...thanks”

“My glasses arrived last week and they are absolutely fantastic. I'd had so much trouble previously with a well known High Street opticians, getting my specs incorrect three times, that I got my eyes tested there and sent off my prescription to Newlenses.... my glasses are varifocal and they got my specs spot on, I'm very happy with the process, order, cost, ongoing communication and delivery. Thoroughly recommended, I will be buying a second pair soon. Thank you so much for your wonderful service..... Gill B.”

“I lost my glasses on a bus & wasn't keen on spending a ridiculous amount at my opticians. I knew what my prescription was so for less than £15 including p+p I figured I had nothing to lose. They arrived within a week and are actually a better fit than the ones I usually pay £85+ on. Definitely be coming here again.”

“The customer service and sales team were very helpful when deciding the options to choose and kept me informed of the progress of my order. I was able to make some changes to my order without too much complication... but above all there was a voice at the end of the phone and I felt comfortable that there was someone there if I needed to talk.... I say this because one of the very large competitors will only communicate via email or fax... not much use if you want to discuss... or when things go wrong...”

“I was hesitant about using an online service but the price for re-glazing my spectacles at a high street optician seemed rather high, so I thought I'd give Newlenses.co.uk a go, having found them just by a web search. The frames went off in the post, fingers crossed... Barely a week later (sooner than expected), they arrived back and are exactly what I wanted. I'm really impressed by the service and the quality - I would definitely use Newlenses.co.uk again.”

“I tried to order new lenses online but was unsure of how to fill in the lenses prescription. I rang there customers services for advice and the order was taken over the phone. There was then a delay of 24hrs before I had a notification by email with invoice and ordering instructions. Return postage was charged but after a further phone call was deducted as postage is free after a certain spend. From then on the process went smoothly and I received my new lenses within a week, which are of a very high quality (gold)”
