“Their services were absolutely excellent, ranging from the easy to use website to the efficiency of producing the lenses and sending them back to me quickly. I loved the way that they gave a breakdown in price for lenses and coatings so I knew exactly what I was paying for. My glasses are now perfect rectifying unsatisfactory lenses from a major retailer.”

“They replaced my lenses when I felt that the near sight 'D' was too big, too high up, affecting my peripheral long vision. The replacements resolved that issue perfectly. You don't ask about any negatives, so I'll have to mention one here: The lenses are definitely too easily smeared. Very quickly, a thin film appears on the lenses and has to be wiped off. This did occur on my previous glasses, but only after a week or two. But with these new lenses, they will require cleaning hourly. The smearing is very fine and isn't really noticeable with the glasses on. That's why overall I am pleased with the glasses and will be keeping them. They're not smear-proof. I assume they are scratch-proof, but I won't be testing that.”

“I ordered glasses from the petite range which were too small when they arrived. I contacted Newlenses to let them know but thought it was my fault for not measuring properly. Andy replied and offered to make me new regular glasses for free. Brilliant customer service.”
