“my first experience of buying glasses online. it was so easy. uploaded a photo of my prescriptions. gave them the information as to which pairs I wanted for which activity (one for distance, one for up close) and they sent them to me all ready to use within a week. their communication (when I had cause to email them to query something) was excellent and they got back to me really quickly. will definitely use again!!”

“Having just recovered from two cataract operations, I needed to replace my reading glasses, although the frames were perfectly fine. I gave Newlenses a try, the glasses were returned within a week, and the results were excellent: in fact I was impressed enough to use them again to replace the lenses in the glasses I use for computer work. Again they were returned within a week, and again the results were excellent.”

“This was my first experience of using NewLenses reglazing service and I was very happy with my experience and the lenses provided. I had a pair of rimless glasses I had never used for varifocals before and I was concerned that the lens depth was challenging for varifocals. I asked whether it was possible to add 1-2mm to the bottom of the lens, fully expecting them to say "no". It was no problem and I am happy with the result. Will definitely use again. I would suggest that it would be really useful to have detailed order tracking so you can watch your order progress through the production stages. It took 3 weeks after ordering for my glasses to arrive. I was just thinking of chasing when they appeared. Or an estimated time to delivery after ordering - this would also help. Perhaps it's already there and I missed it. Definitely recommend.”

“Newlenses Reglazed own frames with reading lenses. Sent on the Monday and received by Friday of same week. Good communication and reading glasses perfect. I would definitely recommend. Also the best value with coatings and thinner lens compared with other online companies.”
