“I was looking for a spare pair of distance driving glasses and didn't want to spend a great deal of money. Newlenses turned out to be a really good choice. They are very attentive to their customer's needs and offer an exceptional delivery for prescription glasses. I would highly recommend them and I have ordered a further pair-being so pleased with the first pair.”

“Even though my optician got my prescription wrong and I had to cancel my order with Newlenses for a second pair of glasses to be re-glazed the service which they gave me was first class. The first pair of re-glazed glasses arrived after a few days. When I cancelled the remaining order my refund was done immediately.”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding. On your order you chose a blue tint which is what we provided. However, you were expecting Transitions lenses. We did offer to replace your blue lenses for transitions lenses which you declined. We do also offer a no quibble refund policy if you're not happy for any reason. “I was a littte nervous sending my designer frames to be reglazed via an internet company but have been really pleased with result. The service was easy, swift and efficient and my glasses are really great. i would certainly do this again.”

“I forgot my glasses in our holiday home so was looking for some where cheap with fast delivery. 3 days for delivery of new glasses is really good service. Quality of the glasses is great. They look cheap but what do you expect for 10 pounds :)”

“Delivery not fast but acceptable,quality of lenses very good and one of the few online opticians to offer the Transition XTRActive lenses at a reasonable price overall very pleased.”

The Transitions XTRActive lenses do take a few days extra in processing time due to the complexity of the lenses and coatings which have to be applied.
