“I was looking for a spare pair of distance driving glasses and didn't want to spend a great deal of money. Newlenses turned out to be a really good choice. They are very attentive to their customer's needs and offer an exceptional delivery for prescription glasses. I would highly recommend them and I have ordered a further pair-being so pleased with the first pair.”

“Even though my optician got my prescription wrong and I had to cancel my order with Newlenses for a second pair of glasses to be re-glazed the service which they gave me was first class. The first pair of re-glazed glasses arrived after a few days. When I cancelled the remaining order my refund was done immediately.”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding. On your order you chose a blue tint which is what we provided. However, you were expecting Transitions lenses. We did offer to replace your blue lenses for transitions lenses which you declined. We do also offer a no quibble refund policy if you're not happy for any reason.
